Portfolio Manager
The Missouri Development Finance Board (MDFB) is soliciting qualifications from financial advisory firms to assist with potential financings related to the construction of a large scale urban redevelopment project. The selected firm will provide comprehensive financial guidance and support the Board in structuring any borrowing/financing, selecting an underwriter or lender, and reviewing and analyzing various reports and studies related to the project. The engagement is expected to begin in September 2026.

The Missouri Development Finance Board (MDFB) is seeking a Portfolio Manager to oversee the Board’s asset portfolio and evaluation of future investments. The position manages capital projects, leads feasibility and financial analyses for public‑private partnerships, and provides strategic recommendations to the Board. Candidates should have advanced knowledge of public financing tools, experience in real estate development, and project management. A bachelor’s degree is required; a master’s degree or applicable certification is preferred. Remote work is possible.
